The Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL) structure consists of four tiers or levels.  They are the Precinct, County Unit (Senate Districts), Congressional District and State levels.  The Minnesota DFL Party is the state party organization (branch) of the National Democratic Party.
